Welcome to Whisky Shared! I'm Toby, and I'm on a journey to demystify whisky one dram at a time.

For most of my adult life, my drink of choice was actually Brandy or Cognac. But everything changed when my son introduced me to the world of Japanese whisky. I was instantly fascinated by the precision and depth of flavour, and I realised I had been missing out on a massive world of spirits.

That first taste kicked off a journey of discovery that hasn't stopped since. Based in Eastbourne, Sussex, I now share my honest, unpretentious reviews of whiskies from Scotland and around the globe.

When I'm not filming reviews or editing the next video, you might catch me working on my classic Saab 9000 or enjoying life on the coast.
